Rules for using the Personality Result assessment, Free Initial Signal, Quick Snapshot and Professional Report.
Service scope
Personality Result provides a career assessment, the Free Initial Signal, the Quick Snapshot (€9.99) and the Professional Report (€39.99). The paid reports are one-time static digital content with downloadable report files. They do not include ongoing AI chat, dynamic dashboard analysis or a long-term personalized service commitment. The service is informational and does not guarantee job offers, immigration outcomes, education admission, funding, salary or employer decisions.
Accounts and access
You may use the free assessment without immediate account creation. Paid report access requires secure result recovery data and an account or payment email identity so access can be restored after payment.
Digital content and withdrawal
The paid report is one-time static digital content supplied with no tangible medium. EU consumers usually have a 14-day withdrawal right. If you expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right once performance begins, withdrawal may no longer apply after access is unlocked or report delivery starts. 18+ paid access
Personality Result is intended for users aged 18 or older. Free assessment access and paid checkout are separate: paid checkout requires the confirmed 18+ policy to be represented before payment.
Static report and updates
The current paid reports are static digital reports generated for the saved result at delivery time. They are not provided as an ongoing update service. Before payment, you are asked to confirm separately that the report is delivered once and does not include ongoing report updates; that confirmation is recorded with the contract confirmation.
AI-generated content
AI-generated report and cover letter content is informational, editable by the user and not a guarantee of employment, certification, funding, visa, salary or employer decisions. Generated AI content is available for 30 days and then removed while purchase and paid-access records may remain.
Payments
Checkout is processed through Stripe. Prices, taxes, invoice information and payment methods may be shown by Stripe during checkout. Paid access is granted only after payment confirmation and access activation.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, attempt to bypass payment, interfere with APIs, attack authentication flows, scrape reports at scale or reuse protected report content outside your personal assessment context.
Support, refunds and exceptions
Refund requests and payment exceptions are handled under the Refund Policy. We do not use a blanket no-refund rule. Duplicate charges, paid but not unlocked access, technical faults, incorrect charges and legally required refunds may be eligible for review.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Intellectual property
The assessment flow, copy, scoring logic, generated report structure, design and downloadable files are protected content. You may use your own result for personal planning, but you may not resell, publish, scrape or reproduce the product at scale.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product, checkout flow, legal requirements or providers change. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to future use.
