Digital report access
Paid access unlocks a digital report template and PDF download for the assessment result connected to your account.
Refund requests
If payment succeeds but access is not granted, contact support with the checkout session or account email. Requests are reviewed against access logs, entitlement status and applicable consumer rules.
No duplicate charges
Webhook processing is idempotent. Duplicate Stripe events should not create duplicate entitlements or duplicate access grants.
