Privacy and rights
Personality Result is operated by a German controller in Berlin. Primary database storage is configured in Central EU (Frankfurt), with limited provider processing disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
AI transparency
AI-assisted outputs are labelled at the point of use. AI-generated outputs are derived personal data when they can be linked to you, and they are not used for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effect.
Providers and transfers
Service providers receive only the data needed for their role. Where limited processing outside the EEA occurs, Personality Result relies on GDPR Chapter V safeguards such as SCCs, adequacy decisions, DPF where applicable, and provider security controls.
